EXHOBBY ships all products from our United States warehouse to 48 States of Continental United States.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping to the Contiguous 48 States (Continental United States)

We offer significantly discounted ground and air shipping options from FedEx and USPS. As an added benefit, customers in the continental United States can also take advantage of our economical Super Saver shipping options:

FREE Shipping - if your order total is over $99

$5 Flat Rate Shipping - if your order total is under $99

EXHOBBY's Super Saver Shipping program has no fine print, no exceptions, and it is automatically offered at checkout. Other on-line stores claim free shipping, but look closely at their shipping policy and many times you will find dozens of exceptions that prevent you from receiving the discounted shipping. Our policy is simple - ANY product in our store which costs more than $99 will ship for free. ANY order reaching $99 will ship for free. If your order does not reach the $99 threshold for free shipping, we will ship your order for $5. It's that simple!

Note: Free shipping and $5 flat rate shipping are only available when shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 United States.

Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

All items sold at EXhobby are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond EXhobby's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received.  Additionally, orders shipping from different warehouses may arrive on different days.

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
